Served as the Supervising Firearms Instructor from 2003 to 2011, which included scheduling all department firearms training, assigning tasks to the department firearms instructors, along with participating as an instructor, completing all necessary administrative reports, including writing policies and training programs.
Served as a Firearms Instructor from 1999 to 2002, which included basic instruction of students, writing lesson plans, organizing multi-agency training, completing daily reports.
Served as a Defensive Tactics Instructor from 2004 to 2011, which included, soft and hard-hand training, through grabs, holds, handcuffing and weapon disarms. The martial arts of Kali and Jiu Jitsu formed the foundation of this program.
Promoted to Sergeant 1998-2011. Supervised my shift, managed/planned special events, worked with other town governments, county, state and federal levels, also international agency members.
Member of the local, turned County Regional SWAT Team from 1993-2000, 2006-2009, which included extensive firearms training with other local/regional/state/federal agencies along with Israeli Special Police(Yamam) members, participating in active “Jobs” averaging over 60 per year between 1996-2000, participating in competitions up to the highest levels.
Active Firearms Instructor for Police Recruits, certified by NJDCJ Police Training Commission, and actively training at Ocean County Police Academy from 2008-2011.
Certified as a Municipal Police Academy instructor/trainer by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for Physical Fitness, First Aid, Defensive Tactics, and Specializing in Firearms, in September 2012.

Former assisted the Seraph Corporation as a Law Enforcement/Military Firearms and Tactics consultant/trainer, with training program development beginning August 2012.
Instructed/Lectured, “In The Room”, at GovSec/Trexpo, Washington, DC May 2013 and 2014. Active Shooter class I authored and taught to civilians/executives/administrators/students on how to respond when an Active Shooter violently enters the room in which they are located. Invited and returned in May 2014, for two days and four classes.

Offshore Powerboat Racer, and Local Boat Racer. Organized Jersey Outlaw Offshore Race Team, completed travel arrangements, assisted other teams. Worked to open new Offshore Race sites to help the sport grow. Gained the best perspective from the players as part of an event, signing autographs, interacting with fans, TV, and so much more.
